The complex was opened in May 2012, the resort is a recent building at a short distance from the sea.
The Village consists of 3 residential blocks arranged on different levels and thanks to this layout most of the apartments have a « sea view ».
The complex is surrounded by greenery, with beautiful terraces, where you can enjoy magnificent views of La Maddalena and Corsica, the gardens, the fragrant and lush surrounding hills and in particular the beautiful pool equipped with a waterfall and every comfort.
Just 2.8 km away there is the centre of Baja Sardinia with its famous « Piazzetta », its white sandy beach and its crystal clear water. For nightclub and disco lovers there are many locals throughout the territory and particularly in the famous Porto Cervo, the heart of the international jet set, at about 6/7 km.
Apartments are on different levels, according to the lie of the land. They are spacious and elegantly furnished with valuable finishing touches, equipped with crockery, cutlery and AIRCO. They are all provided with TV, oven and washing machine. Most of them have the dishwasher, while some of them have two bathrooms (the most with shower), hairdryer, terrace or patio furnished.

Les sorties de plongée sont proposée le matin avec 2 plongées consécutif (Intervalle de surface d’une heure) à l’intérieur du parc naturel de La Maddalena (iles de Caprera e Monaci) avec rentrée au Diving center entre 13 heures et 13 heures 30 selon la distance. Il est possible choisir sites de plongée or des 12 miles dans le “Bocche de Bonifacio en payent un extra de € 25.00 pour les sorties avec 2 plongée, ou pour le Full-Day avec un extra de € 50. Le Full-Day est possible aussi pour Tavolara avec un extra de € 60 our pour iles Cerbicali avec un extra de € 70.

Si vous venez en avion et réservez un paquet des plongees + hébergement, l’équipement de plongée est inclus dans le coût de la plongée (à l’exclusion de l’ordinateur et de la torche et des mois de juillet et août).

Le centre de plongée est à environ 5 km de la résidence. Nous offrons un service de navette gratuit pour les plongeurs, qui n’ont pas de voiture, de l’hôtel à la plongée et retour.
