The complex was opened in May 2012, the resort is a recent building at a short distance from the sea.
The Village consists of 3 residential blocks arranged on different levels and thanks to this layout most of the apartments have a “sea view”.
The complex is surrounded by greenery, with beautiful terraces, where you can enjoy magnificent views of La Maddalena and Corsica, the gardens, the fragrant and lush surrounding hills and in particular the beautiful pool equipped with a waterfall and every comfort.
Just 2.8 km away there is the centre of Baja Sardinia with its famous “Piazzetta”, its white sandy beach and its crystal clear water. For nightclub and disco lovers there are many locals throughout the territory and particularly in the famous Porto Cervo, the heart of the international jet set, at about 6/7 km.
Apartments are on different levels, according to the lie of the land. They are spacious and elegantly furnished with valuable finishing touches, equipped with crockery, cutlery and AIRCO. They are all provided with TV, oven and washing machine. Most of them have the dishwasher, while some of them have two bathrooms (the most with shower), hairdryer, terrace or patio furnished.

Quadri 8 (75/85 mq): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, 2 twin or bunk bedrooms, all with two bathrooms with shower. Some with sea view
COMFORT CARD: (compulsory from 03/06 to 16/09), includes: “BEACH SET” provided per apartment per stay (1 umbrella, 1 beach towel per adult), “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (the package includes: jam, chocolate, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of mineral water, biscuits, cookies), “SPORTS” (swimming pool) “COURTESY KIT” (nécessaire for the bathroom), free WI-FI (use limited), fees will be applied to customers who exceed their internet daily data, swimming pool area, use of bicycles until fully booked (a refundable deposit of 150 euro will be requested), 1 shopping bag each apartment. Reservations for excursions and car and motorbike rental (payable services).

Diving excursions are offered in the morning with double tanks (1 hour of break of surface) in the area of the Marine Park of La Maddalena (Caprera and Monaci Islands), expected return at about 1 and 1,30 pm. It’s possible to choose Long Distance dives, over 12 miles of navigation in the area of Marine Park of Lavezzi (Corsica-France) with a surcharge of € 25 (double tanks excursion) or choose a Full-Day Trip with a surcharge of € 50. We offer also Full-Day trip to Tavolara Marine Park with a surcharge of € 60 or to Cerbicali Islands with a surcharge of € 70

if you come by plane and you reserve the diving package + the accommodation, the diving equipment is included in the cost of the dive (excluding computer and torch and the months of July and August).

The Diving Centre is about  5 Km far away from the Residence. We offer a free shuttle service for divers, who have no car, from the hotel to the diving and way back
