COMMUNICATION: it is with great regret that in 2021 we are forced to suspend technical diving activities mainly due to the ordinances issued in recent years by the Olbia Harbor Master’s Office which prohibit all the main historical wrecks of the Gallura sea from technical diving. We are working together with the Italian Navy for the reopening of the wrecks currently under ordinance.
Technical courses provide the techniques and procedures necessary for diving beyond recreational dive limits. These are some of themost intensive, yet exhilarating, courses you’ll find.
Technical diving isn’t for everyone but if this type of diving appeals to you and you’re willing to accept the risks, responsibilities and obligations, you’ll find it one of the most rewarding dive experiences you’ll ever have.
SSI TECHNICAL COURSES
EXTENDED RANGE NITROX DIVING
€ 550* – This program provides the knowledge and experience required to independently plan and conduct limited decompression dives to a maximum depth of 40 meters, using nitrox mixtures up to 50%. This entry-level program introduces you to the Extended Range training techniques and skills, and can be completed wearing a standard single-cylinder equipment configuration. You will earn the SSI Extended Range Nitrox Diving certification after completing this program.

EXTENDED RANGE
€ 650* The SSI Extended Range program qualifies you to dive to a depth of 45 meters / 145 feet using nitrox mixtures of up to 100%. The program can be completed wearing a complete Extended Range Total Diving System, appropriate for single gas switch, accelerated decompression diving. You will earn the SSI Extended Range certification after completing this program.

TECHNICAL EXTENDED RANGE
€ 750* – The intent of the SSI Technical Extended Range program is to provide divers with the training necessary to independently plan and conduct two-gas switch, multiple-stop decompression dives to depths of up to 60 meters / 200 feet, using specialized diving equipment and procedures with an equally-qualified dive buddy. You will earn the SSI Technical Extended Range (with or without Trimix) certification after completing this program.
