Laid out like a typical Sardinian village, espousing the contours of the land, the 68 apartments of the residential structures offer a further variety of accommodation.
Facing the typical Sardinian macchia hillside, the gardens and the quiet paths and side streets of the township, these apartments provide quiet solutions and a discreet manner for living Poltu Quatu.
Each apartment is made up by one or more rooms, living room, wooden rollaway kitchens. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom. In all rooms a flat screen TV is available. Each apartment has one or more terraces according to the apartment type.
Two-room apartments: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, terrace or balcony
Three-room apartments: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, terrace or balcony
Apartments are distributed within the village, alternating between mountain, village, 5-star hotel and garden views
The apartments are located few mt from the beautiful turistical harbour and few km from the wonderful beaches of “Costa Smeralda”.

INFO DIVERS
Diving excursions are offered in the morning with double tanks (1 hour of break of surface) in the area of the Marine Park of La Maddalena (Caprera and Monaci Islands), expected return at about 1 and 1,30 pm. It’s possible to choose Long Distance dives, over 12 miles of navigation in the area of Marine Park of Lavezzi (Corsica-France) with a surcharge of € 25 (double tanks excursion) or choose a Full-Day Trip with a surcharge of € 50. We offer also Full-Day trip to Tavolara Marine Park with a surcharge of € 60 or to Cerbicali Islands with a surcharge of € 70
if you come by plane and you reserve the diving package + the accommodation, the diving equipment is included in the cost of the dive (excluding computer and torch and the months of July and August).

More you dive and less you pay and for family (min 3 people) we offer unique counting.

The Diving Centre is at walking distance from the hotel. We offer a free shuttle service for divers, who have no car, from the hotel to the diving and way back
