This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy to a depth of 5 meters. It’s planned one water session (confined and open + theory) and you will learn:

– Breathing techniques and breathing training
– Equalize technique
– Effective finning techniques
– Static and dynamic apnea
– Diving in a constant weight vertical descent at a maximum depth of 5m
– Freediving emercencies management
