This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy to a depth of 5 meters. It\u2019s planned one water session (confined and open + theory) and you will learn:<\/p>\n

– Breathing techniques and breathing training
– Equalize technique
– Effective finning techniques
– Static and dynamic apnea
– Diving in a constant weight vertical descent at a maximum depth of 5m
– Freediving emercencies management<\/p>\n

– \u20ac 130 + \u20ac 50 for the international SSI certification
– Price includes: equipment, boat trip and digital didactical kit.<\/p>\n
