\nDie Bunker Munition explodierte und l\u00f6ste eine verherende Kettenreaktion aus. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten sank das Schiff und t\u00f6tete 107 Seeleute.<\/p>\n

Die „Cassini“ liegt nun in zwei Teile gebrochen, in 73m Tiefe im Sand.
\nDie drei grossen Gesch\u00f9tze sind sehr gut erkennbar. Am nord\u00f2stlichen Teil des Wracks t\u00fcrmen sich einige Sandd\u00fcnen, ein Zeichen der starken Str\u00f2mungen denen der Kanal ausgesetzt ist.<\/p>\n

Eine Explosion von Gorgonien, Schw\u00e4mmen und Austern, verraten den ausgezeichneten Zustand und bekennen fast 100 j\u00e0hriges Ruhen des Wracks hier im Kanal.
